MY STORY

 I am a Licensed Esthetician, Yoga Instructor, Energy Healer, Life and Spiritual coach, and Breath Coach. I am also an empath and a highly-sensitive person (HSP). 

For many years, I struggled with feeling ‘wrong’ for being introverted and sensitive. I tried to force myself into jobs in Corporate America, and activities I felt I ‘should’ enjoy.  I was miserable.

About 7 years ago, I had a wake-up call, and I realized that I could no longer live the way I had been. I started devouring self-help books and podcasts, and visiting energy healers and shamans. I embarked on spiritual retreats, and energy healing, and therapy sessions that helped me to explore the true depths of my being. It was hard, but it was, and continues to be, healing. I realize now, more than ever, how out of touch I was, and how out of touch many of us, especially women, truly are.  

My mission then, is to help women. To help them to see the areas of their life that are NOT working, and to help bring balance into those areas.

My offering these days, then, is to combine my love of skincare (the outside) with my love of somatic and personal development work (the inside). I believe our outside reflects what we feel on the inside, and that the two are far more connected than we ever believed.  

I firmly believe in the power of healing, from the inside out, to facilitate a profound transformation in your life. I provide an open and safe space, guiding woman of all ages on a path back home to themselves, and to better health and a radiant inner, and outer, glow.
