Using a combination of Reiki and Chios Energy Healing, this hands-on technique will help clear, align, and charge all the chakras in the chakra system, and address all levels of the auric field in order to release and clear trapped energy. Both of these energy techniques are safe for everyone and have been used as a healing tool for thousands of years. This tailored yoga class will help you to achieve your specific needs and goals in order to optimize health and well-being. This is an excellent way to enhance an existing yoga practice, or to focus on specific areas of concern such as flexibility, strength, or balance. You will be guided and motivated as you explores and progress along your yoga journey. Your 60-90 minute session will include breathing exercises, mediation, and gentle stretching and mobility, in addition to traditional yoga poses. Props and modifications will be provided as needed to enhance your practice safely.

In this session we’ll identify any patterns of dis-abled breathing, and work to establish a breathing pattern and practice that can help bring about transformation and healing.
