Cancellations:
A cancellation policy for small businesses helps cover operational costs in the face of last-minute changes, ensuring smooth ongoing operations.
My policy is as follows:
Any appointments that need to be cancelled must be done no later than 24 hours before the time of your appointment. Past this time frame, you will be charged 50% of your cancelled appointment cost. In the event that you no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost and the amount cannot be refunded or applied to future services under any circumstances. All policy fee's must be paid in advance to resume any future appointments. I reserves the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments if any issue(s) persist.
Your appointment starts and ends at the time that it is scheduled. Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure full service time. The amount of the service does not change based on your arrival time. Tardiness is a major disruption to the day.
Under no circumstances will any refunds, payments or portion thereof for any services rendered be granted. You are paying for artist time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service.
